There have been plenty of stories going around about who will be on the judging panel for the next season of The X Factor. Many believe that Tulisa Contostavlos will be leaving the show and it was believed that former judge Cheryl Cole would be taking her place.
However, it appears that that is no longer the case, as Cheryl has no interest in returning to the show. Not only is Cheryl not returning to the judging panel of The X Factor but she is also suing the US version of the show for $2.3 million (£1.4m) which she believes she is owed after her sacking from the show.
A representative for Cheryl said, "Cheryl left the UK X Factor two years ago and has no plans to return.” Meanwhile, a show insider told the Daily Mail, “No decisions will be made on next year's series until further down the line.”
The next season of The X Factor is set to go back to basics by getting rid of the arena auditions and aiming the show at a younger audience. There have also been rumours that Simon Cowell and Sharon Osbourne could be returning to The X Factor, while Louis Walsh has admitted that he wants to stay on for another season.
