Girls Aloud singer and former X Factor judge, Cheryl Cole, has revealed how proud she is of her girls, who she mentored on the show last year. Cheryl was the mentor for the girls last year, who included Cher Lloyd and Rebecca Ferguson. While Cher has already had success with her singles, Rebecca Ferguson is just starting to release her material and Cheryl is proud of them both.
Cole took to her official Twitter account to say, "Feels like I've blinked and we're back in November, its been a crazy year. So proud of what my girls have achieved @CherLloyd and @RebeccaFMusic are doing so well!!" Cheryl then posted a link to the studio version of Rebecca Ferguson’s new single and added, "Just been watching this... wow."
One person who was missing from the praises of Cheryl Cole, was her third member of last year’s girls, Katie Waissel. While Cher Lloyd and Rebecca Ferguson have landed major solo deals, Katie has been in the studio, working on a record with her band Red Velvet Lovers but it appears that Cheryl Cole is not a fan of the wannabe singer or her new band.
