The Marvel Cinematic Universe has become absolutely huge over the past few years and it continues to get bigger and better every year, with more and more characters being introduced. Marvel have also decided to bring some of their characters to the small screen, which has opened up the door for a number of possible crossovers.
Actress Chloe Bennet plays the role of Skye in the Marvel television series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and she has been talking about the possibility of a Captain America and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. crossover. As well as that, Chloe has opened up about the movie Captain America: The Winter Soldier, revealing that the film will have a huge impact on the television series.
Bennet told Zap2It, "If anyone sees a trailer for 'Captain America,' you'll notice that SHIELD is a huge part of what is happening in the movie, just by all the talk of SHIELD and all the SHIELD logos everywhere, so definitely there's a crossover of things happening. I can't tell you how much, but I can tell you that it is insane. It will heavily affect our characters, I think. Everyone, definitely go see 'Captain America 2' and then you're going to definitely want to watch our show before and after."
You can catch Chloe Bennet in her role as Skye in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which continues to air on ABC on Thursday evenings at 8pm. Meanwhile, comic book movie fans can see the film Captain America: The Winter Soldier when it opens on March 28 in the UK, before then hitting the big screen in the US on April 4.
