Hollywood actress Chloe Moretz became a global star at the age of 14, thanks to her portrayal of the character Hit-Girl in the movie Kick-Ass. Chloe has recently finished shooting the sequel to the 2010 movie and she has admitted that, this time around, her character gets to have a little romance.
Yahoo! Movies quote the teenage actress as saying, "There's going to get a bit more romance, a much more grown up Mindy Macready. Someone who's questioning themself and whether they are a villain, assassin or a vigilante and a hero. So there's a lot of tormented inner self, it's interesting."
She also went on to admit how much fun it was to return to the role, which made her a Hollywood star, adding, "It's been amazing revising the character and showing her more grown up and more adult and more put together. It's been a lot of fun."
As well as seeing the return of Chloe Moretz in the role of Hit Girl, Kick-Ass 2 also sees the return of Aaron Johnson as Kick-Ass and Christopher Mintz-Plasse, who this time plays The Mother F*cker. Kick-Ass 2 is directed by Jeff Wadlow and will be released on June 28 in the US and then on July 19 in the UK.
