Chris Evans will be back up on the big screen in a few months, reprising the role of Captain America in the Joss Whedon movie The Avengers and Chris has been discussing how difficult it is to stay in shape for the role. Chris admitted that, while it is a struggle to keep in such good shape for the role, he also understands that it has to be done in order to play the role convincingly.
Evans explained, “You know, it’s an uphill battle, we wrapped and since then I’ve not even thought about going to the gym, but, you know, while you’re filming it, it’s tricky but you’ve got to remember that these films are forever, so you’ve got to make sure that you look the part.”
