Captain America actor Chris Evans is currently filming for his latest role as the superhero in the Marvel movie The Avengers. Chris took some time out of his shooting schedule to briefly talk about what his character has to face in the forthcoming The Avengers movie.

Evans explained, "It's really multifaceted. The guy has to accept fact that everyone he knew and loved is gone. Not only is he alone, [but] the world has changed so much, and I think a big part of what makes Cap Cap was his connection to the way things used to be, this kind of pro-American morality and good-ol'-boy sense of life and doing things."
He continued, "In the modern era, there's a bit of a disconnect. There's not as much human interaction. I think there's more cynicism than there was back then, so it's him trying to come to terms with the way things are." Chris Evans can be seen portraying Captain America for the first time, when Captain America: The First Avenger is released in the US on July 22 and in the UK on July 29.
