Chris Hemsworth and Liam Hemsworth have become two of the hottest young actors in Hollywood since last year. Liam shot to the big leagues with the ‘Hunger Games’ and Chris Hemsworth hit the rare Hollywood trifecta with Thor, Snow White and the Huntsman, and the Avengers. His other non-blockbuster films have also fared well critically, with Joss Whedon’s ‘Cabin in the Woods’ delighting horror fans and critics everywhere.
Now, it’s being reported by Collider that both of the brothers might be co-starring together in a Steve McQueen biopic called ‘Triumph AKA 40 Summers Ago’.
Liam is already attached to the biopic, but it’s now being reported that Chris is also being considered for a role in the film. Of course, if he does he’ll have to fit it into his packed schedule. After shooting Thor 2, he will be filming Robocopalypse, and then the sequels to Snow White and the Huntsman and Avengers.
Liam, on the other hand, is much less busy than his brother and after Catching Fire, doesn’t seem to have much else lined up apart from the long-gestating ‘Arabian Nights’. It could be that he wants to take some time off of work for his impending wedding to fiancé Miley Cyrus, or it could be that he just hasn’t found roles that he’s very passionate about.
