The remake to Red Dawn was filmed way back in 2009 but due to difficulties, the movie is only just being released. In Red Dawn, Chris Hemsworth plays the character Jed, who develops a relationship with Adrianne Palicki’s character Toni and now, Chris has been discussing the relationship growth.

Hemsworth told Flicks and Bits, “Jed was never really attracted to her before, he just saw her as his brothers friend and she was a couple years younger than him. He knew who she was, but when he comes back from the war six years later she’s grown up into this beautiful woman. All of a sudden he’s like, ‘Wow, I can’t remember you looking like that!’ (Laughs).”
He added, “So in the very first scene there’s obvious chemistry and it kicks off. As the film moves along they become closer and closer. She’s a little older than some of the other kids so they form that bond, and I think he leans onto her for support through a lot of this, and vice versa.”
