Looks like being in burlesque is not enough for Christina Aguilera – she wants to be a crack head too. Aguilera explains that she wants to expand her acting skills, and she thinks that the best way to do that is to play someone that really stretches her skills – i.e., a crackhead or a drug addict. 
In the Billboard and Hollywood Reporter 2012 Film & Music television conference [via E!], Aguilera spoke about her desire to act more, saying, "I do want to do more acting. I want to do something where I can really sink my teeth into something a little more challenging. Really outside of myself, outside of music. I sort of had this personal aspiration to do film, but I said, ‘I never want to do a musical! It's too much like myself. I want it to be honest and genuine in expanding my wings and doing something really, really different. A crack head on the street or a drug addict. Or something crazy and meaty and juicy. Something that really took me out of myself."
She adds that it won’t be very difficult to tap into that ‘dark side’, saying that being such a powerful woman in this business already errs on the side of evil - "It's hard being such a powerful woman in the business. I'm known for not always being, kind of. I learned early on you can't always be warm and fuzzy because you'll be bulldozed right over."
