With the form that England midfielder Frank Lampard has been in for the past few seasons, it is hard to believe that Chelsea are not renewing his contract in the summer. Yes, Frank may be 34 but he is still doing the business and would be a great asset to any club. Just look at 39-year-old Ryan Giggs still proving he is more than capable at Manchester United.

Frank's contract with Chelsea is up at the end of the season, which will see him become a free agent, with a number of clubs around the World likely to want to snap him up. It was thought that he would look to stay in the UK for the sake of girlfriend Christine Bleakley's career.
However, that may not be a problem soon enough, as it has been claimed that Christine Bleakley is on the verge of being axed by ITV. It is believed that Christine has been picky about what shows she will work on, which has annoyed ITV chiefs, who are questioning whether to renew her contract which is up in June.

It could just be a simple case of Christine Bleakley biding her time, as she knows that Frank Lampard is leaving Chelsea in the summer and the couple could head off somewhere else in the World. With a whole host of major clubs expected to want Frank, the couple could head to Paris, Milan or even LA.
