It looks like Courtney Love doesn’t know when to learn from her mistakes and just keep quiet. The Hole singer is once again being sued for speaking out of turn on social networking site Twitter.
Courtney hired US attorney Rhonda Holmes and her firm to investigate if any theft of any money had taken place at late husband, Kurt Cobain’s estate. However, six months later Love fired Holmes and took to Twitter to say, "I was f**king devastated when Rhonda J Holmes Esq of San Diego was bought off."
Holmes is seeking to claim compensation for invasion of privacy and damages to her reputation. Courtney Love was sued once before due to her comments on Twitter and was made to pay $430,000 (£261,000) after calling fashion designer Dawn Simorangkir a "drug-pushing prostitute with a history of assault and battery".
