When it comes to being a child star, it seems that your future is going to go one of two ways. You are either going to get older and realise that the fame is not for you, falling into relative obscurity, or you are going to go on to enjoy a long and successful career. For Hollywood actress Dakota Fanning, it was the latter, with the star appearing in plenty of top projects, giving us some fantastic performances along the way.
As Dakota Fanning got older, she decided that she wanted to make sure that she had something to fall back on and decided to mix her studies in with her acting career. Dakota seems very keen to learn and better herself, while she is still keeping her acting career going strong, with four new movies expected to hit the big screen in 2016.
Dakota Fanning will be seen starring in the new movie Viena and the Fantomes, which has been written and directed by Gerardo Neranjo, and will see the actress sharing the big screen with Zoe Kravitz, Jon Bernthal, and Evan Rachel Wood. Meanwhile, we will also see Dakota in the new film Brimstone, starring alongside Kit Harington, Guy Pearce and Carice van Houten, with Martin Koolhoven writing the screenplay and directing the project.
Not finished there, Dakota Fanning also has a role in the upcoming project American Pastoral, which also features the likes of Jennifer Connelly, Uzo Aduba, and Molly Parker. American Pastoral has been directed by Ewan McGregor, who also has a role in the film. Finally, Dakota is linked to the planned project Please Stand By, which is also expected to feature Alice Eve and Helen Hunt, with the movie currently in pre-production.
So, as you can quite clearly see, Dakota Fanning has a lot going on at the moment, with four new movies coming out in 2016, seeing the actress working with some of the top names in the industry.
