Motor racer Danica Patrick was in Las Vegas recently, where she was racing on the dirt track at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway while attending the World of Outlaws show. Unfortunately for Danica, she was hit in the head by one of the rocks from the dirt track, causing her to feel concussed afterwards.

Patrick explained, "I feel like I have a concussion from last night. I got hit by a rock at the dirt track and I took it to the ground. So I feel like it’s really sore. It hit me straight in the head. Good thing I had a hat on or there would have been blood. This is a fun track. It’s definitely the kind of track I feel most comfortable at — high-banked, high-grip. Fourth in the Nationwide car was fun."
Danica Patrick is in Las Vegas, where she will be attending the Kobalt Tools 400 NASCAR race on Sunday. Danica took part in the same event two years ago, where she managed to pick up a fourth place finish, while racing in the racing in the Nationwide Series.
