We are set to get our first taste of what the future may hold for Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe when he stars in the horror The Woman in Black next month. Daniel has discussed a little about why he chose to do this film and what audience members can expect from the movie. He also admitted that he was not a fan of horror movies but loved making the film.
Radcliffe explained, "It was certainly not a part that people can really compare to Harry but the main attraction, to be honest, was simply the story, and how compelling it was, and being a part of a really, really good horror film. [It’s} a character driven, well written horror film that had the capability of being just as scary as any Paranormal Activity, or any of those films that have recently come out, while also having a depth of character that you don't often find there."
He added, "To be honest, if I wasn't in it myself I'd probably be too scared to see it. There are moments when people do jump out of their seats, but there are also the subtler moments when you just find a chill running up your spine and you're not quite sure why." You can see Daniel Radcliffe in The Woman in Black when it is released on February 3, 2012.
