Daniella Monet may actually be best known for her role in hit Nickelodeon show 'Victorious', but that doesn't mean she's resting on her laurels and not expanding her career.
Daniella's actually been acting in bit roles since 1997, when she was a child. However, she broke out in 2010 when she landed the role of Trina Vega on Victorious, which went on to become a massive success for Nickelodeon and everyone involved, including the cast members. She joined the cast on national mall tours and concerts, and she established a name for herself in the young adult TV and movie crowd. Of course, 'A Fairly Odd Christmas' and 'A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!' increased her profile even more, which she's taking advantage of by starring in the sequel, 'A Fairly Odd Summer'.
In addition to 'A Fairly Odd Summer', Daniella will also star in a movie called 'Rachel's Return', opposite Kevin Nash and Amy Lindsay, and coming out in 2014.
Apart from that, Daniella doesn't have much else going on, but she does have steady TV gigs, and I'm sure she's getting enough residuals from 'Winx Club: Enchantix', 'Victorious', all the Fairly Odd movies, 'Listen Up', and '8 Simple Rules'. I guess technically, she actually broke out on 8 Simple Rules, not Victorious, but she's still best known for 'Victorious' in the younger generation. It'll be interesting to see her career progress, and whether she decides to stay on the Disney and Nickelodeon route, or go explore more independent and adult roles.
