Mega rich Paris Saint-Germain have admitted they are interested in signing David Beckham, throwing there hat in the ring following revelations that QPR are interested in taking on England’s most capped outfield player when his contract with LA Galaxy comes to an end.
As we understand it though, Victoria Beckham and the children are very settled in Los Angeles and have no desire to move outside of the States now they are settled, which throws cold water on the sporting director, Leonardo, of PSG desire to bring David Beckham to the club.
PSG have Qatari owners and money is not tight as they have linked themselves with every high profile player in the world the past 3 to 4 months.
When Leonardo spoke to the BBC he said "He is more than a football player - he's a brand, a pop star. I would always consider him.". Much like QPR, Leonardo believes David Beckham signing for PSG wouldn’t hurt his chances in the slightest in becoming an active part of the British Olympic Football team next year in London.
