There are a lot of very entertaining shows on television at the moment and one of the best of the bunch would have to be the hit HBO fantasy drama series Game of Thrones, which is preparing for the premiere of its fourth season. With he Game of Thrones season four premiere just a few weeks away, a lot of the people involved with the show have been talking about the series.
Just recently, Lena Headey, who plays the role of Cersei Lannister, opened up about the potential of having to do a nude scene in the next season of the show. Now, Game of Thrones showrunner David Benioff has opened up about the end of Game of Thrones, suggesting that it could happen after seven or eight seasons.
Benioff explained to Vanity Fair, "Last year we went out to Santa Fe for a week to sit down with him [Martin] and just talk through where things are going, because we don’t know if we are going to catch up and where exactly that would be. If you know the ending, then you can lay the groundwork for it. And so we want to know how everything ends. We want to be able to set things up. So we just sat down with him and literally went through every character."
The Game of Thrones season four premiere will air on HBO in the US on Sunday, April 6, before then premiering in the UK on Monday, April 7 on Sky Atlantic at 9pm. Check out the Game of Thrones season four trailer below.
