It is amazing the number of different ways that a movie can get off the ground and up and running these days, especially the smaller films that do not have the backing of a big studio. While the big studios will pay out hundreds of millions for their huge blockbusters every year, the little man has to work had to get the money together, in order to just get a film moving in the right direction.
A great way for these smaller projects to get the funding they need, is with a kickstarter campaign, which has helped to get a huge amount of movies off the ground over the years. There is currently one particular kickstarter campaign that is taking place at the moment, which we are very interested in seeing succeed.
Actor David Gant has been in the acting industry for many years now, appearing in some very impressive projects, including the likes of Braveheart and Gandhi on the big screen, as well as Sherlock and Jonathan Creek on the small screen, to name just a few. Well, David is lined up to star in the new movie Until the Day Breaks but only if the project can get the funding it needs.
The Until the Day Breaks kickstarter campaign needs to raise £50,000 by the end of March, so does not have too much time left. It would be a shame for us to miss out on seeing the experienced and talented David Gant starring in this interesting project and we hope that it can hit its target in the coming days.
