David Krumholtz has joined on with Michael Cera and James Franco, along with Vancouver-natives Seth Rogan and Jonah Hill in the voice cast recently announced for the highly anticipated comedy film Sausage Party. To add some feminine energy to the mix, Bridesmaids comedic-mastermind Kristen Wiig has also signed her vocal talents on to the project.
Directed by Conrad Vernon and Greg Tiernan for Sony Pictures, "Sausage Party" has been in development for years, and with an A-list cast of comedy guru's like this it's sure to be a hit. The film will be a 3-D CG animated movie, which will undoubtedly be rated-R. The project is shaping up to be a solid investment.
Krumholtz has also been working on another comedy titled Casual Encounters, along with Taran Killam and Brooklyn Decker. He also recently completed a project - The Judge - with Robert Duvall, Billy Bob Thornton, Robert Downey, Jr. and Leighton Meester that centers around a lawyer who returns to his hometown for his mother's funeral and finds his estranged father, the town's judge, suspected of murder. It was easy to see that Krumholtz had talent early on in his career with performances in The Santa Clause series, the 90s favorite 10 Things I Hate About You, his television drama series Numbers, and many other performances.
Aside from feature films, Krumholtz has kept up his television appearances as well, working on popular shows such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23, Childrens Hospital, The League, Partners and more recently – Men at work.
