A judge has granted Selena Gomez a restraining order on a man who police say threatened to kill her.
Court records show the 'Wizards of Waverley Place' star was granted the order on Thursday in California. Until a hearing on 4th November, Thomas Brodnicki, 46, is required to stay at least 100 yards from Gomez and her workplace. She wrote in a statement: "I'm living in extreme fear."
State police was notified by mental health workers, that the Chicago man had threatened to harm the entertainer whilst under psychiatric hold. According to Gomez's lawyer, Blair Berk, Brodnicki told his therapist that he had visited Selena's workplace and has conversations with God about killing her.
Brodnicki was reportedly picked up for mental evaluation last month when he threatened to "scratch people's eyes out on the street." But with Justin Bieber by her side, we're sure that no harm will come to Selena!
