While there were a lot of actresses in Hollywood feeling violated recently, after nude pictures and videos of them were leaked online, it seems that Bollywood has similar issues of their own to worry about. Actress Deepika Padukone is one of the top stars in Bollywood but she has recently spoken out about feeling violated.

Deepika Padukone is a beautiful Bollywood star
The reason for this is simple. There was recently an article published by The Times of India, which had a picture focused on the cleavage of Deepika Padukone, with the caption, "OMG: Deepika Padukone's cleavage show." This has not sat well with Deepika and she has now expressed her disgust at it.
Padukone was chatting to The Hindustan Times, when she told them, "Every girl deserves to be treated with respect... whether an actor, a dancer or a girl walking into a restaurant. How we choose to dress doesn't give someone the right to peddle voyeurism, or even tease or do anything that is disrespectful to a woman."

Deepika Padukone is not a happy bunny
She added, "It was unethical for the photographer to click a picture like that. This has nothing to do with being a celebrity or actor. I feel violated as a woman."
This has led to a number of high-profile Bollywood figures coming out to give their support to Deepika Padukone, including the likes of Aamir Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan, Sonam Kapoor, and many more, all taking to Twitter to let their feelings be known.
As for the acting career of Deepika Padukone, the actress will appear alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Abhishek Bachchan in the movie Happy New Year, which has been directed by Farah Khan and will be released next month. Check out the Happy New Year trailer below.
