Australian singer Delta Goodrem has revealed that she is very happy to hear of the news that her ex fiancé Brian McFadden is now engaged to his Irish model girlfriend Vogue Williams. The engagement between Brian McFadden and Vogue Williams was confirmed last week and, even though the couple have only been dating for a few months, they believe that it is the perfect time for them to take the next step in their relationship.
Goodrem explained, "I wish them the best. I am happy, it is 2012 and I am in a great space right now." She then went on to discuss how lucky she believes that she has been to have had such a kind, caring and attentive support group around her, to help her get over her split from Brian McFadden back at the beginning of 2011.
Delta Goodrem and Brian McFadden split early last year, after seven years together and four years of being engaged. 27 year old Delta Goodrem is now dating 19 year old Nick Jonas and it has recently been reported that the couple have bought a house together in Sydney, Australia.
