Hollywood legend Denzel Washington is set to appear on the big screen in the movie Flight next month. Denzel has been talking about the scenes that he found difficult during filming the movie, although he admits that most of it was fun.

Washington told Collider, “Tough spots for me are pictures I don’t want to be on. People ask ‘What was the hardest part of the movie?’ If you’re on a movie and it’s like the third day and you’re going ‘How many days have we been shooting?’ ‘Three.’ ‘How many more have we got to go?’ ‘117.’ That’s a tough movie for me, but this was an adventure.”
He added, “First of all, like I said, starting with the screenplay in collaboration with the filmmaker, getting the chance to fly around in these MD-80 flight simulators, hanging upside down in a plane, playing a drunk. I’m not going to say it was easy.”

Denzel continued, “Maybe a painful scene – I don’t know if it’s painful – but this scene when I go to my ex-wife’s house and get into this wrestling match with my son. You know, I’ve gotten into wrestling matches with my son in not quite the same circumstance, but it’s just raw. Your nerves are raw. So that sticks out.”
Denzel Washington can be seen in the Robert Zemeckis movie Flight, starring alongside Kelly Reilly and Nadine Velazquez. Flight is set to be released in the US on November 22 and in the UK on February 1, 2013.
