Hollywood actress Drew Barrymore has been talking about how important her family is to her, stating that she would be willing to fight like a lion to keep it together. Drew says that it is probably because her own family life was not so great when she was growing up.

During an interview with Good Housekeeping magazine, Barrymore explained, “I will literally fight like a lion to keep my family intact," adding "Maybe I wouldn't feel that way if I had a great family growing up.” She also spoke about the perks of being a parent.
Drew added, “The best thing about being a mom is just what a better person it makes you on a daily basis. Every morning when I wake her up, the endgame is 'can I get her to smile?' and that puts me in a good mood. It's definitely a different way to live. And a much better one.”
