Fans of the hit game World of Warcraft have been eager to see a big screen adaptation for many years now and it finally looks like it will actually happen. The World of Warcraft movie has come close to being made on a couple of occasions but this time it looks like it is actually going to be successful.
Moon and Source Code director Duncan Jones is the man responsible for bringing World of Warcraft to the big screen, in the movie which is being simply titled Warcraft. Unfortunately for Duncan Jones fans, that means that he has a lot of work on his hands, forcing him to pull out of other exciting projects.
One such project that Duncan Jones has had to pull out of is the Ian Fleming biopic, which is being titled Fleming, at least for now. Duncan has admitted that he is still very keen on making Fleming but producers want to get moving in the New Year and cannot afford to wait for Jones to finish with Warcraft.
The screenplay for Fleming has been penned by John Orloff, whose previous work includes the Roland Emmerich movie Anonymous. With the movie expected to begin production in the New Year, the search will now be on for a new director to replace Duncan Jones.
