Whenever we see or hear anything to do with the Fast and Furious cast and crew, it always seems like they are all one big happy faimly and that they all get along great with one another and genuinely love each other like family. However, it seems that this might actually all be one big front, as it appears that there is actually quite a bit of tension between certain people on the set of the latest movie in the franchise.
Fast and Furious 8 will be the first movie in the franchise without Paul Walker in it, and it seems that his absence has had quite a big impact on the atmosphere on set. Dwayne Johnson reprises his role as Hobbs in the new movie, and Dwayne has taken to his official Facebook account to give a scathing attack at his male co-stars on Fast and Furious 8.
Johnson wrote, "This is my final week of shooting Fast & Furious 8. There's no other franchise that gets my blood boiling more than this one. An incredible hard working crew. Universal Studios Entertainment has been great partners as well. My female co-stars are always amazing and I love 'em. My male co-stars however are a different story (sic). Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don't."
He added, "The ones that don't are too chicken s**t to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I'm not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling - you're right. Bottom line is it'll play great for the movie and fits this Hobbs character that's embedded in my DNA extremely well. The producer in me is happy about this part. Final week on FAST 8 and I will finish strong. #IcemanCometh #F8 #ZeroToleranceForCandyAsses (sic)."
We would love to know exactly who Dwayne Johnson is talking about and we are sure that it will come out soon enough. Fast and Furious 8 is set to hit the big screen on April 14, 2017 in both the US and the UK.
