There has been a lot of talk about the relationship between The A Team singer Ed Sheeran and Love Story artist Taylor Swift in recent weeks. Ed has worked with Taylor on her album Red and is also set to support her on her North America tour, which is set to begin on March 13, 2013 in Omaha, Nebraska. Ed has now opened up about Taylor and how she is helping him in a big way.

Sheeran told MTV News, “I think Taylor's just opening up a lot of doors and it's up to me to make sure that I get through to them. It's a massive opportunity for me and I want to make sure to grab it with both hands ... it will be exciting to be back in a situation where I'm playing in front of people who are complete strangers and I have to win them over.”
While he is very well known in the UK and has been on tour before, he admits that the Red Tour is going to be a new experience, “I've never gone on tour for six months without any break. I've never really touched multiple arenas, so that's going to be a bit mind-blowing,” he added.

It was recently claimed that Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift had become a little bit more than just friends, after Ed revealed a new Red tattoo. However, Ed revealed the actual reason behind the tattoo, saying “When my album came out all around the world I got the world tattooed ... If I'm going to be on tour with this album for six months I thought that would be quite a big part of my life.”
