Hollywood director Wes Anderson is renowned for his horror style movies and the Saturday Night Live team, with the help of Edward Norton, have come up with a great movie trailer parody. The three-minute long clip is a great little dig at the horror genre.
In the parody movie trailer, we see Edward Norton playing the role of Owen Wilson and, to be fair to him, he does do a pretty goo impression. Throughout the trailer, there are little nods to a lot of Wes Anderson mannerisms, with two killers in Royal Tenenbaum style tracksuits, among other little things.
We also get a voice over from Alec Baldwin, saying, "In theatres this Halloween comes a new vision of horror like you’ve never seen before. From the twisted mind of Wes Anderson: The Midnight Coterie of Sinister Intruders."
The video then give us Edward Norton as Owen Wilson, who has some interaction with the murders via crested note paper, before running off to hide in his panic room aka a tent. Make sure you keep your eyes open for some other familiar faces in the video, which is great fun from start to finish. Check it out below.
