There re a whole host of foreign stars in Hollywood these days, with plenty of actors and actresses from all over the world heading to the US to pursue their dream of becoming a movie star or, if that fails, at least a US television star. No matter where you are from in the world, every actor and actress wanting to make it in Hollywood ideally need a breakthrough role.
Mexican actress Eiza Gonzalez has been working hard to make a name for herself in Hollywood over the past few years and it looks like she might just have landed her breakthrough role. Eiza will appear on television screens later this year, in the television version of the hit movie From Dusk Till Dawn, where she will play the familiar role of Santanico Pandemonium.
For those of you who are familiar with the movie From Dusk Till Dawn, you will know that the role of Santanico Pandemonium was played by Salma Hayek, an actress who many people are comparing Eiza Gonzalez to. Salma was a young Mexican soap star before landing the role of Santanico Pandemonium, which is similar to the career of Eiza.
As well as starring Eiza Gonzalez, From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series will also star D.J. Cotrona, Zane Holtz, Brandon Soo Hoo, Jesse Garcia, Robert Patrick and Madison Davenport. From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series is being brought to us by Robert Rodriguez, who was involved with the movie version of the show.
