Over the years we have seen many a failed relationship in Hollywood, with many high-profile marriages coming to an end. While some of these marriages manage to last a fair few years before they finally break down, there are also those that are barely out of the honeymoon period before things go wrong and they come to an end.
One such marriage, which lasted less than a year before it came to an end, was the marriage of Mad Men actress Elisabeth Moss and Saturday Night Live star Fred Armisen, who were married in October 2009 and confirmed that they were getting divorced in 2010. Elisabeth has now opened up about her marriage, admitting that she is now much happier.
Moss told New York Magazine, "Looking back, I feel like I was a really young, and at the time I didn't think that I was that young. It was extremely traumatic and awful and horrible. At the same time, it turned out for the best. I'm glad that I'm not there. I'm glad that it didn't happen when I was 50. I'm glad I didn't have kids. And I got that out of the way. Hopefully. Like, that's probably not going to happen again."
As for her acting career, Elisabeth Moss plays the role of Peggy Olsen in the hit television series Mad Men, which will return for its seventh and final season on April 13. Elisabeth has had a great run playing Peggy, appearing in 79 episodes of Mad Men. Meanwhile, Moss won a Golden Globe for her performance as Robin in the mini-series Top of the Lake.
