English actress Elizabeth Hurley has revealed how she has started a new diet and fitness regime, in a bid to shed the extra pounds that were gained from the indulgence of Christmas. Elizabeth says that she will be going for longer and faster walks with her dogs, as well as cutting sugar and white flour out of her diet.
Hurley took to her official Twitter account to say, “My 2013 health kick starts. Yes! Long, fast walk with dogs and zero sugar or anything with white flour ... And a bit less caffeine ... And more vegetables.” Elizabeth has also revealed how she has decided to give all of her unwanted things to charity.
She added, “I've attoned for the mass consumerism of Xmas by sending 2 full vans of unwanted furniture, bedding, clothes, toys etc to charity shops ... And there's a lot more to go ... my house breathing a sigh of relief ... I had masses of videos-and no one would take them. Was told to take them to a dump. Seems such a shame. (sic)”.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth Hurley has spoken out in defence of her fiancé Shane Warne, who has been handed a one match ban from cricket, after being caught on air using foul and abusive language towards a fellow player.
