Former X Factor wannabe Ella Henderson, who was tipped by many to win the show last year, has been talking about what she has learned from her X Factor experience. Ella says that she was shocked to see how big a star she became over night, before even making it to the live shows.

Henderson explained, “The day after my live audition I went from having 17 twitter followers to 30,000 overnight. It was really frightening that it could go up that much. Before I went on X Factor my Facebook profile was open, I wasn’t known at all and I had 50 friends. Now I have to be a lot more careful.”
She added, “Going into the limelight very rapidly you can find it a bit overwhelming but I’m learning new ways of dealing with everything. I’ve got a good support team around me whom I trust, the people who were there in my life before. My family instil positive energy.”

Ella Henderson, who has now turned 17 and is off on the X Factor tour, is currently supporting the Disney Club Penguin’s Safer Internet Day campaign and trying to help fight against the cyber bullies and internet trolls.
