It has been reported that Juno actress Ellen Page is set to step behind the camera for her next movie, as she takes up the directors chair for the film Miss Stevens. Ellen already knows who she will be directing in the lead role of the film, as Scary Movie star Anna Faris has already been cast.

Anna Faris will star in the lead role
Ellen Page will be directing Miss Stevens from the screenplay that has been written by Julia Hart. Miss Stevens centres around a school teacher, who will be played by Anna Faris, as she heads off on a cross country trip in a bid to get to a drama competition.
Miss Stevens will be produced by Gilber Films' Jordan Horowitz and Gary Gilbert, as well as Anonymous Content's Doug Wald. Meanwhil, the executive producers for Miss Stevens will be Nicole Romano and Trevor Adley, both of Anonymous Content.

Ellen Page and Alexander Skarsgard in The East
As for Ellen Page the actress, well she will soon appear alongside Alexander Skarsgard in the movie The East, as well as reprising her role as Kitty Pryde for the Bryan Singer movie X-Men: Days of Future Past.
Miss Stevens will begin production later this year with the view to a 2014 release date.
