Snowboarder Ellery Hollingsworth may have surprised everyone at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia if she had made the US Olympic team but unfortunately she did not. However, this is not the end of her career because she is one of the young snowboarders who will likely be leading the charge to the podium in 2018.
Ellery Hollingsworth is set for greatness
Ellery Hollingsworth is known for her athletic feats on the slopes having been the first snowboarder to ever land a 1080 in competition but recently she has started to gain attention throughout the Internet for her attractive looks as well and this presents a great situation for herself. The 2014 Winter Olympics will likely be the last Olympics for snowboarders Hannah Teter and Gretchen Bleiler and as such there will be an opening at the top of US snowboarding which Ellery Hollingsworth can fill.
Ellery Hollingsworth must use the disappointment at not being chosen for the 2014 Winter Olympics to help motivate her to make sure that when the next US Olympic team is selected there can be no question of whether she will be selected to the team. Ellery Hollingsworth has the talent and now she just has to develop more consistency on the slopes and at the same time she can become more known to the public through both her her snowboarding accomplishments and social media.
