It has been reported that Starry Eyed singer Ellie Goulding is dating Grammy Award winner Skrillex, after meeting each other through recording ties sometime last year. Reports claim that Ellie and Skrillex have been dating since November of last year, however Ellie was believed to have been dating Radio One DJ Greg James until late December or early January.
An insider explained, "It's a really cool new romance and they get along perfectly. They're really good together. Everybody thinks it's awesome. Both of them are so talented. It's a great LA romance for her now that she hasn't been in London." Ellie Goulding has been spending a lot of her time in Los Angeles, which happens to be where Skrillex lives.
It seems that things just keep getting better and better for Skrillex at the moment. Not only has he started dating one of the best female vocalists in the business but he is also a multi Grammy Award winner. Skrillex was nominated for five Grammy Awards this year and managed to take home Best Dance Recording, Best Electronic/Dance Album and Best Remixed Recording. Some guys seem to have all the luck.
