English actress Emilia Clarke became a household name and worldwide star last year, after appearing in the hit HBO fantasy drama series Game of Thrones. Emilia played the character Daenerys Targaryen and she has been talking to Entertainment Weekly about what fans can expect from her in the second season of Game of Thrones

Clarke explained, "Things kind of suck, because when you last saw her, it's like magic was being re‑awoken and it's all wonderful. Now [she's in] complete and utter despair. She has dragons, but they are tiny. They're babies.”
She added, "She doesn't even know how to feed them. So, and she's got all her people looking to her, including Jorah, and she's losing the will to kind of see her way through it."

Emilia Clarke recently discussed her favourite moments from the first season of Game of Thrones and claimed that, while it is a fantasy series, if you take the magic away, it is still a very good show.
You can catch Emilia Clarke reprising her role as Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones season two, which is set to premiere on HBO on April 1.
