Justin Bieber and Eminem were the two big winners at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards managing to scoop six awards a piece. Bieber also presented the award for Top Female Artist which went to ‘What’s My Name?’ singer Rihanna.
Eminem’s trophies came flooding in as he received awards Top Male Artist, Top Rap Artist, Top Artist, Top Rap Album, Top Billboard 200 Album and Top Rap Song. Bieber also received the same number of awards and shocked many people by kissing, rumoured girlfriend, Selena Gomez upon receiving his Top New Artist Award.
As well as that award Bieber also won Top Social Artist, Top Streaming Artist, Top Streaming Song, Top Digital Media Artist and Top Pop Album. Neil Diamond won the Billboard Icon Award and closed the show with his hits ‘Sweet Caroline’ and ‘America’.
