Emma, 21, takes over the reins from Girls Aloud singer and former Mrs Ashley Cole, Cheryl Cole, 27. The Geordie lass has slipped down 1 place into 2nd spot with Twilight babe Kristen Stewart, 21, hot on her tail in 3rd.
Emma made it clear that she wanted to get as far away from her character as possible, once the Harry Potter films had finished, by chopping off her wavy locks and sporting a new shorter hair style. Now, with her new sexy outfits and being crowned best dressed woman in the world, she really is staking her claim as one of the world’s hottest properties.
