Harry Potter star Emma Watson was at the centre of a stalker plot, when a man who she recognised as following her managed to slip onto the set where she was filming. Emma alerted security of the stalkers presence but he managed to make a run for it before they could get to him.
An insider explained, “The man managed to slip on to the set with some visitors and then approached her. She recognised him from hanging around outside her house and screamed. He took off into the woods and was chased by security and a couple of the tough stunt guys who also happen to be martial arts fighters.”
Fortunately for Emma she can sleep easily, knowing that the man in question was eventually caught, “They caught up with him in the woods. Police were called and he was removed. It was really creepy. Emma was really shaken up and was given some time to compose herself,” added the source.
Emma Watson can currently be seen on the big screen, starring alongside Logan Lerman, Nina Dobrev and Johnny Simmons, in the movie The Perks of Being a Wallflower, which is out now in both the US and the UK.
