The eighth and final season of Entourage is set to hit TV screens next month and the cast have been talking of possibly making a film once the final season is over. All the guys from the hit TV series are struggling to come to terms with the show ending and insist a movie could be made.
Adrian Grenier, who plays Vince, said "I just choose not to believe it. Somewhere inside I keep thinking, well if there is enough demand someone will see reason and re-up season 9." While Jeremy Piven is more accepting of it, "you have to wrap your arms around the fact that everything must end and what a great run we've had."
Kevin Connolly, who stars as Eric admits a that a film is the ideal next step. He explained, "the plan is to attempt to do a movie. Lots of things have to happen. The script has to be good and we have to get everybody back together, but it certainly is the plan. Look if it worked for Sex and the City we're going to try and follow the same template."
Kevin Dillion insists that he has heard from the top that a movie is in the reckoning, "I talked to (Executive Producer) Mark Wahlberg just a little while ago and he wants to do it right away. He doesn't want to waste a lot of time. He wants to roll right into a movie,” said Dillon. Entourage will return for its final season on July 24 on HBO
