It has been confirmed by both Adrain Grenier and Mark Wahlberg, that Entourage the movie will definitely be made. The eighth and final season of the hit HBO show is set to hit TV screens later this month but a film is set to follow and it could happen almost instantly.
Kevin Dillon, who plays Johnny Drama in the show, revealed, "I talked to (Executive Producer) Mark Wahlberg just a little while ago and he wants to do it right away. He doesn't want to waste a lot of time. He wants to roll right into a movie.” Now Adrian has confirmed those reports.
Grenier explained, “I feel that we all thought we could use more episodes, more seasons. Of course, the thing about ‘Entourage’ is that it’s [about] the ups and downs of the business and life that always flow. I think there is more time and opportunity to explore that.” Entourage season eight will hit HBO on July 24.
