There has been a lot of excitement and anticipation surrounding the upcoming movie Sin City: A Dame to Kill For ever since the moment it was announced that the movie was being made. That excitement reached new heights recently, when a new Sin City: A Dame to Kill For poster was released, which seemed to feature Eva Green naked covered by a see through gown.
It did not take long for this poster to become a huge favourite with fans and, since so many people were suggesting that you could see Eva Green nude on the poster, it did not take long for the poster to get pulled. The Motion Picture Association for America decided to ban the poster saying that it showed "curve of under breast and dark nipple/areola circle visible through sheer gown."
Actress Eva Green has now spoken out in defence of the Sin City: A Dame to Kill For poster, insisting that she is not naked on it and that it has all become a big fuss about nothing. Eva explained, "I find it a bit odd. It seems like it's all just publicity - a lot of noise for nothing. You have so many more violent things in the movie business and this is kind of soft. I'm not naked. It's suggested."
Sin City: A Dame to Kill For boasts a huge ensemble cast which includes the likes of Jessica Alba, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Josh Brolin, Jamie Chung, Bruce Willis, Jaime King, and Mickey Rourke, to name just a handful. The movie is set to hit the big screen on August 22 in the US, before then landing in the UK on August 29.
