There have been a lot of stars in the entertainment industry over the years, who have decided to adopt children from foreign countries and it seems that there are still plenty more stars who are looking into the possibility of adoption. One such star, who has admitted that she would love to have a huge family, is the beautiful and talented actress Evangeline Lilly, who almost quit acting to become a housewife.
Evangeline Lilly already has a small family, with her three-year old son Kahekili, who she has with her production assistant partner Norman Kali and the couple want to have plenty more children together. Evangeline has admitted that, while she would love to have plenty more babies of her own, she would also love to adopt but has revealed how she and Norman have faced a lot of issues with adoption.
Lilly was chatting to America's Ocean Drive magazine, when she told them, "What I wanted originally was six kids. I frickin' love being pregnant. I'm one of the lucky women who just had a blissful pregnancy, but I wanted to adopt four... My partner and I have really been through the wringer in the adoption world and it's hard, so we'll see what happens."
As far as her acting career is concerned, Evangeline Lilly will appear on the big screen in the role of Hope Van Dyne, in the upcoming Marvel movie Ant-Man, which sees her starring alongside the likes of Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Corey Stoll, and Judy Greer, among others. Ant-Man is directed by Peyton Reed and will open on July 17, 2015 in both the US and the UK.
