If ever proof was needed that talent breeds success then you only have to look at the Radio 1 breakfast DJ Chris Moyles. Chris has had many naysayers over the years and is never without his critics but that has not stopped the self proclaimed saviour of Radio 1 in his quest for radio domination.
It was not that long ago that Gordon Smart claimed that The Chris Moyles Show would be coming to an end and even had a pop at producer Aled Haydn Jones calling him Chris Moyles tea boy. However The Chris Moyles Show is stronger than ever and Aled even has his own Radio 1 show The Surgery on Sunday nights.
The key to Chris’ success is actually very simple yet many fail to pull it off with such panache. Moyles is capable of taking the rough with the smooth and can be serious while throwing in some of his childish charm.

That is what the nation has come to love over the years, as well as being able to make fun of himself and the rest of his team. He even has friendly banter with celebrity guests, including Olly Murs.
Yet it is not all entirely down to Chris Moyles to make the Radio 1 breakfast show a success. The connection that the whole team have is so natural and flowing and along with comedy Dave Vitty, Dominic Byrne and Tina Daheley, as well as the occasional comment from Matt Fincham, The Chris Moyles Show never fails to entertain.
The Chris Moyles Show will be back tomorrow from 6:30(am UK time) and is sure to be back every morning for many more years to come. Is Chris Moyles the best radio DJ that Britain has ever had? Well we would say yes, although Terry Wogan might have something to say about that.
