So, with the Jack the Giant Slayer movie just around the corner, there has been plenty of promotional material being released and we expect more in the coming weeks. We have seen pictures from the movie, as well as movie posters and a fairly decent trailer.
Now, we get to have a close up look at exactly what Nicholas Hoult’s character will be up against in Jack the Giant Slayer. Four new movie posters have been released, showing four giants, each with a word of the famous line Fee-Fi-Fo-Fum, although it has been spelt a bit differently.
The official synopsis for Jack the Giant Slayer is as follows:
Jack the Giant Slayer tells the story of an ancient war that is reignited when a young farmhand unwittingly opens a gateway between our world and a fearsome race of giants. Unleashed on the Earth for the first time in centuries, the giants strive to reclaim the land they once lost, forcing the young man, Jack, into the battle of his life to stop them. Fighting for a kingdom, its people, and the love of a brave princess, he comes face to face with the unstoppable warriors he thought only existed in legend--and gets the chance to become a legend himself.
Jack the Giant Slayer stars Nicholas Hoult, Stanley Tucci, Ian McShane, Eleanor Tomlinson and Ewan McGregor and is directed by X-Men: Days of Future Past director Bryan Singer. Jack the Giant Slayer is set to be released on March 1 in the US and then on March 22 in the UK.
