Felicity Huffman is in the midst of an image change so that fans will recognize her as the talented actress Felicity Huffman and not as Lynette Scavo who was one of the stars of the ABC comedy-drama "Desperate Housewives".
Her new film, "Rudderless" which is directed by her husband William Macy had its premiere in Los Angeles and she made a spectacular appearance in a form-fitting black high-neck fitted sleeveless dress. This actress has definitely been working out as her fit, toned legs captured the attention fans and social media entertainment observers as did her wearing of scintillating peep-toe heels.
The talented Emmy Award winner in a recent interview with the Associated Press revealed how she is working to create a new on-screen image as she finds that many of her fans of whom she is very appreciative are still remembering her as Lynette Scavo from the "Desperate Housewives".
Fans would look at her in various roles and see her as Lynette the doctor, or cab driver or policeman and not as Felicity Huffman, the talented actress.
However, with her performance in "Rudderless" which is a film about a father fighting to come to terms with his son's death by forming a band and her role in the ABC legal drama "American Crime" some social media entertainment observers think fans will begin to see her differently.
In "American Crime" she will be playing a grieving mother, a huge departure from her role as a wife and mother of 2 children in "Desperate Housewives" in which her quick verbal comebacks and strong personality made her a favourite of viewers for eight consecutive years.
Felicity Huffman made a spectacular appearance on the red carpet in her black dress at the premiere of "Rudderless" and has fans eager to see her in her new role in "American Crime".
