There have been a huge amount of different bands and groups over the years and, once a band decides to split and go their own separate ways, we tend to get the former members of the band going on to try solo projects. This has certainly been the case for the former band Black Eyed Peas, which has seen a few of its members going on to enjoy solo success.
Singer Fergie is one of the more successful former members of Black Eyed Peas and she has been talking about her time with the band. Fergie revealed one particularly embarrassing story about how the band were once so late to their own gig, that they did not have time to stop for a toilet break, which led to her peeing on the stage.
Fergie explained, "It does not just happen all the time. We were late for stage, driving down the freeway, it's Friday traffic ... get to the stage, we have to start right the show, I'm running on and we jump and do 'Let's Get It Started' and I get crazy and I jump and I run across the stage and my adrenaline was going and gosh. I wish it didn't happen ... it was so embarrassing!"
As far as her music career is concerned right now, Fergie recently released her first solo single in more than half a decade, when she dropped the track L.A. Love. Meanwhile, she has confirmed that she will release her new solo album early in 2015, teasing that it will have some interesting collaborations on it. We cannot wait!
