In a recent interview, 30 year old Mexican actress, model and singer Fernanda Romero didn’t hold her tongue back regarding her participation in the 2013 American comedy thriller film “Ghost Team One”, which was released on DVD earlier this month.
This mestiza who in her late teen years endorsed the skincare brand Clean & Clear said that her involvement with this movie brought her nothing but joy; she considers it to be her best acting experience so far. Fernanda fell in love with the manuscript at first read. The storyline is about two young male roommates, who have a crush on Fernanda (portrayed by Ms. Romero). In order to cause a good impression on her, these guys invite her to partake in their documentary, which focuses on a murder case that occurred many years ago in the house they both share—but things take an unexpected turn with their beloved crush.
The brunette stated that she enjoyed working with director Scott Rutherford—he let every actor and actress improvise on set, which is something Fernanda wasn’t used to but surely learned to love. Ms. Romero says that this movie is of a different concept—it will make people laugh and feel scared.
This ghost believing Latina is planning on acting in more American films; therefore, has no plans in returning back to Spanish speaking television broadcasting giant—Telemundo. For the moment, she will remain in Hollywood.
