It appears that Sebastian Vettel might not yet officially be a three time world champion, as it is being claimed that he cheated during the last race of the season in Brazil. Sebastian Vettel finished 7th to Fernando Alonso’s 2nd to hand him the Formula One World Championship by 3 points.

However, it has now been claimed that Sebastian Vettel overtook Toro Rosso's Jean-Eric Vergne under yellow flag circumstances, which is against the rules. Now, Ferrari are hoping that the FIA punish Vettel for the move, which would hand Fernando Alonso the championship.
The ruling states:

Sebastian Vettel
If, in events forming part of an FIA championship, a new element is discovered, whether or not the stewards of the meeting have already given a ruling, these stewards of the meeting or, failing this, those designated by the FIA must meet… summoning the party or parties concerned to hear any relevant explanations and to judge in the light of the facts and elements brought before them. The period during which an appeal in review may be brought expires on 30 November of the year during which the decision that is liable to review has been handed down, if that decision is likely to have an effect on the result of a championship.
If found guilty, Sebastian Vettel would be given a 20 second penalty, which would push him back into 8th place, handing the title to Fernando Alonso by 1 point. The video below shows the move by Sebastian Vettel with flashing yellows clearly indicated around the track. Check it out and let us know what you think.
