It was revealed a while back that Seth Gabel would be appearing in the hit The CW television series Arrow, as the villain The Count. The character is based on the Green Arrow’s arch nemesis Count Vertigo, although he has been adapted for the realism of the show.
The Count will develop a drug which is called Vertigo and is set to take Starling City by storm, causing Oliver Queen to take action. Now, the first look images of Seth Gabel playing The Count have been released and the character doesn’t quite seem the force that we would expect.
Arrow stars Katie Cassidy, Stephen Amell, Willa Holland, Colin Donnell, David Ramsey, Paul Blackthorne and Susanna Thompson. Arrow is set to return to The CW, with the second half of its first season, on January 16 with the episode Burned, which will feature Firefly.
